Watching on

Andrea reporting

My lady has been greatly stressed this past week. She hasn't been out of her room at all, not even to go to mass. She's been in her nightgown all day. The other maids and I had to wash vomit out of her rug the other day. We really don't know what to do with her. Not even Michael's death gave her such physical reactions. The physician even said that she has lost three pounds and that her monthly cycle is irregular.

I wish there was something we could do.

And, no, she is not pregnant. >O

Ceci n'est pas de Tribunal de Miracles

The orphanage rang today and told me that they had not received my monthly contribution. I remember sending it last week along with my mail courier. He would have told me if he lost it on the way to the orphanage. I hope nothing foul is afoot in Hera.

Peacemaker happenings

After nearly a month of review, the Council has finally agreed to meet with Fata, Amaya, and I although they aren't all too happy. Even with my influence in the underground community, they don't see what two simple, banished Fae can do or demand of them. Well, we'll just have to wait and see.

Other than that, everything has been calm around the court and Hera. It's been cold.

The New Year

We had fireworks last night. The boys and I stayed up until sunrise. It was a beautiful way to greet the new year.

Morning After

I swear, I'll put the log up within the next few days

My birthday was so fun! Kip was the first to arrive [with Rae which was a total surprise] and I took him to the annual Christmas concert the orphanage holds. I know I'm the only one out of all the nobles who attend that enjoys themselves. I'm not stupid; I know what they say behind my back. After that, I stayed for a bit to talk with the children. They gave me a birthday present which was so nice. It was a simple charm bracelet that featured a charm hand-picked by every child. It's heavy from so many charms but it's still beatuiful. I also returned the present with their Christmas presents.

After our little visit with the children, we went to mass. I tried to keep a straight face but Kip kept whispering and muttering things in my ear that would make me laugh. Thank God for fans. Mass finally ended and we headed back to the manor. A big birthday party ensued, all of my exclusive friends attending. My mother and father were also there. I got many enjoyable gifts for my birthday and for Christmas.

The party lasted well into the morning hours. Everyone eventually went home. Kip, Rae, Amaya, and Fata stayed overnight. Edward was actually lenient and didn't say a word when Kip retired to my chambers with me.

I also have the worst hangover ever.

Morning After

December is just so busy

I've done all my Christmas shopping. I'm a little sad that I am since I love the thrill of holiday shopping but it's done.

11 days until I'm 20.

Lady Mathilde, Lady Sasha, and I ran outside in the middle of the night and threw snowballs at each other. We also made snow angels. We were freezing by the time we came back inside the manor and took a warm, collective bath together. It was really fun. It's times like these that I forget about everything going on in the world and concentrate on my own little world.
